Temple Luxe Hair Returns Policy Order Processing All orders require 2–3 business days for processing after verified payment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Billing & Shipping Match: For security, the billing and shipping addresses provided at checkout must match in order for your order to be processed. Once an order has been completed, all sales are final. There are absolutely NO refunds. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Carriers
Orders are shipped via FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Free Shipping
Orders of $250 or more qualify for free FedEx Ground shipping within the U.S. Signature is required for all deliveries, including free shipping.

Delivery Options & Fees

• FedEx Ground / Standard: 4–7 business days (after processing). Free on orders $250+, otherwise calculated at checkout.

• FedEx Express (2-Day): 2 business days (after processing). Additional fee applies.

• FedEx Overnight / Rush: 1 business day (after processing). Additional fee applies.

International Shipping
Temple Luxe Hair ships worldwide via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Delivery is typically 2–7 business days after shipment. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been released to the courier, Temple Luxe Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact FedEx or the shipping carrier directly to file a lost shipment report. Temple Luxe Hair will assist where possible, but resolution is determined by the carrier.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong order, contact Temple Luxe Hair Customer Service immediately for resolution. Claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges: Only If Order Is Incorrect

Authorization Required
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. You must email Temple Luxe Hair Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Condition
Returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered hair in original packaging, with seals intact. Hair that has been worn, installed, combed, colored, bleached, cut, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

Exchanges
Once inspected and approved, exchanges will be processed for the correct item. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Policy Updates
Temple Luxe Hair reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
